Our founder, Steve Franco, was born and raised in Toms River to a big Italian family, where he started power washing and mowing lawns at a young age. After graduating from High School North in 2011, Steve continued his football career at West Chester University, where he studied Criminal Justice. Before committing to exterior cleaning full time, Steve obtained — and still currently holds — both a Licensed Security Professional and a Licensed Insurance Agent credential.

Now Steve has a family of his own, and that lifelong connection to Ocean County isn't just background — it's the driving force behind how we do business. We know firsthand what our local homes and businesses face: the constant salt spray from the ocean, blowing sand, and the day-to-day grit that comes with living in a vibrant coastal county.

Because of that, we approach every job with the same care we'd give our own property.
